Shipping / Retour informations

Please note! 

Due to Corona, delivery delays by the post office may occur.

We ask for your understanding

Mr. Wilson will send the goods via Correo Spain Canarias. Their shipping times are valid. We do not take responsability if there are any delays via Correo Tenerife.  We do send goods to most EU countries. If you can not find your country, listet in the shop-delivery-options, send us an email and we will try our best to send you everything you want and need. If you want something sended with an special forwarder ( like TNT, DHL, etc. ), get in touch with us and we will send you an option regarding your request.
Please take then the option "self collecting in the shop" and send us the reference number and the your forwarder in need via mail.

Delivery times approx. ex Tenerife:

Tenerife 1 till 2 working days
Canary Islands 1 till 3 working days
Spain mainland 2 till 7 working days
EU mainland 5 till 10 days ( please note that there can be delays because of customs work at the border and may cause some extra costs which the consignee is resposible for)

How fast do we sent your order out?
It depents how you paid. Transfers which goes directly on our acount we can send out directly. For normal transfers, we have to wait till we received the paid amount.
If you place an order till 6p.m. we can send it out the next workingday. Please note that Saturday and Sunday and on bank vacations we can not send out any orders. If there should be a delay at the store of what kind of reason, we will let you know via mail. So please make sure to send it to us ( direct to mrwilsonsk8@gmail.com).

Your shipment do not arrive?
Please note, that we can just take action to check and try to find out what happend, if you agreed/ booked the insurance extra for shipping costs.  You can give us this information via mail (put ordernb. or invoicenb. in your mail / mrwilsonsk8@gmail.com) or even while finishing the orderdatas. Please add the amount on top when you make the invoice transfer. There is a part you can write down special shipping informations. If you did so there will be a track and trace number, we can check with the spanish posts office. If there should be a problem, made in the destination country you might  check it with your posts office or customs office.
The costs for this insurance depents on the value of the shipment. You can add 7% of the goods value to the transport costs.

Do you have to send something back?
Because it is broken ?! Or it does not fit ?
If you should have some broken items, please contact us directly after reiceiving the order (24h within the arrival). afterwards we can not take responsibility of it.
If you see that the size do not fit please make sure to contact us within 10 workingdays after arrival of the shipment. After the 10 workingdays there is no option to send it back/change.

If the package already has from outside some broken signs, please make sure to make an information on the receipt. If there should be some issues with the goods, we can clarify it with the forwarder.

If you have to send it back, please contact us before. Most times the consignee will have to send us the order back with shipping insurance and the ticket. Asap we receive the retour we will send you the retourcosts asap back.

Tenerife:
5,00 €
If the value is over 50 € the shipping is free!

Canarias:
5,00€
If the value is over 50 € the shipping is free!

Mainland Spain, Portugal, Baleares:
10,00 €
If the value is over 80 € the shipping is free!

EU Rest and other countries:
Please note that the delivery costs herefore are very specific.
Please let us know, via mail, which order you want and we will tell you the shipping costs.
It depents how heavy the goods are and which packaging we have to use.
